I have had the Javascript SPC Charting Tools working in my web application for a few months now, and when I went into it again today, I noticed that all of the SPC Charts now have a grey overlay that I cannot find how to turn that off, nor do i know why they started to show in the first place.

How can i turn that off?

Thanks

I deleted all of the qcspccharting folders and just copied the parent (qcspcchartgwtwar) folder and that worked, thanks!

Can you provide a url where we can see the chart with the grey overlay?

It sounds like you still may have remnants of the trial version installed. You should probably backup any of your own files, then delete the entire Quinn-Curtis folder and re-install the commercial version. It may be that you installed the commercial version on top of the trial version, and you shouldn't do that.

On your server, delete the QCSPCChartGWTWar\QCSPCChartGWT folder, then copy over the newly installed QCSPCChartGWT folder to replace it.
