Posted - 08 Sep 2014 : 11:35:24 Trying to determine if there is there are specific method to use when calculating Pp and Ppk values where the sameple size = 1 ? Currently we are seeing a negative value for each when the sample size = 1

Posted - 08 Sep 2014 : 12:41:10 Please specify exactly which SPC Chart you are trying to use with a sample size of one. We tested it by modifying the TimeVariableControl.IndividualRangeChart example and it seems fine. Hopefully you aren't trying to use an X-Bar R or X-Bar Sigma chart, because a sample size of one for those charts is invalid.
