My organization is moving toward 64 bit Windows 7. I had to use 32 bit Windows 7 because Charting Graphics Tools for Windows is 32 bit. Would you please inform me when 64 bit Charting Graphics Tools for Windows will be available for purchase? Thank you.

Regards,

Paul Cho

We stopped development work on the older Windows Charting Tools (and MFC Graphics Class Libraries) product line back around 2000, before 64-bit systems were available. At that time we moved to .Net and Java based development, rewrote all of our charting, real-time graphics, 3d charting, numerical methods, and SPC charting tools from scratch in support of the new languages. Because of the underlying architecture of .Net and Java, the new software is both Unicode compatible, and 64-bit compatible. So, all of the products (more than 20) you see referenced on our home page, www.quinn-curtis.com , are 64-bit compatible. Also, in terms of architecture and features, the current generation of software is vastly superior to our older generation of software. The downside is that you have to program in a .Net language (C# of VB) or Java, but not C/C++.

We have no plans to go back and convert our older C/C++ software to 64-bits.
