I Use WIN-AXC-100 Charting ActiveX Control
I tried to add a text at the cursor position (x,y) on the bargraph.
Do you have a solution for this ?

The Charting ActiveX control does not support adding arbitrary text to a chart. The Charting Tools for Windows can do this (see http://www.quinn-curtis.com/products/ctwin.htm), but not the ActiveX control.
