I appreciate the timely suggestion and replies to the questions Iam posting. With the help of your suggestions I have succeeded in getting the scatter plots (Iam having scatterplot.vb as my reference) together. The data for the scatter plots come from sql database. How ever the data set changes every five minutes, is there a standard way that I can use to force the control to update itself every five minutes.

Use a timer, as all of the examples under the dynamic tab in the ChartTabDemo example program do.
