Hi,

We have recently been approached by a client who wishes to run our software in a non-English region. I have a "show stopper" problem where the QC controls always display a decimal separator of "." (period).

The country this client is in, Czech Republic, use a "," (comma) as their decimal separator.

I have debugged the code and I can watch any decimal value having its regional separator overridden by the control's ".". e.g. Software passes in "27,4" which is displayed as "27.4".

Is it possible to force the QC controls to use a particular decimal seperator, or indeed get the controls to load the appropriate separator from the machine ?

The main control I am having this problem with is the Annunciator. I am running "Quinn-Curtis Annunciator Control 1.0", file version 1.0.0.1.

Please advise !

Sorry, but we did not put in those types of regional customization features in the software. The only way for you to implement that would be to purchase the source code to the DLLs and make that change there. That way you would have access to any other regional items that you would like to change. The source to the Real-Time Graphics Tools for Windows has a model number WIN-BMC-101 is available at a 50% discount ($300) as a download from our download order system at http://www.quinn-curtis.com/Ordering.htm. That source also includes the source to the Charting Tools for Windows (WIN-BMC-101).
