Hello I've recently joined a project and started out by profiling some parts of the system. We are using Revision 3.0 by the way. Ive been seeing lots of reports from the profiler that there exists some handles that aren't released in QCGraphWnd::WGEditObj, graphwnd.cpp. We have the source version but I can't seem to find that file. Maybe it's nothing since some profilers can report strange things but is there a possibility to retrieve the source for this? Best regards, Rg
Peace! |

We are not aware of any memory leaks in the Graphics Class Libraries for MFC, which is where the QCGraphWnd class comes from.
The source file graphwnd.cpp would be in the qcw32\mfclib\source folder. If you can't find it then you need to reinstall the software. It is impossible to install our Graphics Class Libraries for MFC, without installing the source to those libraries. |

That is odd. I dont have the mfclib folder, only the source and rtsource folders. I guess this is where I figure out that we didn't buy the source right? Should it not be included in the charting tools source or real-time graphics tools source? |

You have the Real-Time Graphics Tools for Windows, with source code, installed. That product has the model number WIN-BMC-202.
The QCGraphWnd class that you referenced is part of our Graphics Class Libraries for MFC (our model number WIN-MFC-210), an add-on to the Real-Time Graphics Tools for Windows. That product includes the complete source for the included classes, which QCGraphWnd is one. The WIN-MFC-210 can either be installed at the same time as the WIN-BMC-202 software, or separately. It depends on your install key. So, it sounds like you should be looking for your WIN-MFC-210 software.
