I want to add a Y Axis Label looks like this:
=====
>=120|
==========
|
=======
100|
==========
|
=========
0|________________________________
How can I add a label ">=120" on the top of the Y Axis?
Thanks.

We have no axis label option like that. You would have to position a StringLabel object, ">=" in front of the axis label.
