Sorry, there is no such option for the SPC Histogram chart.
The QCSPCChart software includes the complete QCChart2D software. You can probably create a percentage histogram chart you want using that software (using either the SimpleBarPlot class, or the HistogramPlot class), though you would probably need to be an intermediate or advanced programmer to do that.
