There are about 100 subgroups on the XBAR-R chart, and the Control Limits is calcualted automaticlly, now there are 3 points is above the UCL which raise the alarms.
1.How to make the color of these 3 points to be RED(default is in green)?
2.How to exclude these 3 subgroups from the calculation of Control Limits(but still display on the chart)?(in real QC action, the point raising alarm should be excluded from the calculation of Control Limits)

Thanks a lot.

1. This is discussed in the manual, Chapter 6, section Enable Alarm Highlighting. It was one of the many new features added to the 1.7 revision software in June 2008.

2. You can exclude sample subgroups from the control limit calculation using the SPCControlChartData ExcludeRecordFromControlLimitCalculations method.
