activex control doesn't convert for use in vb.net... do you have a special upgrade price or something? most other vb6 controls work in .Net

Sorry, but our ActiveX controls do not work under .Net. We have no plans to update the ActiveX controls for .Net because we do not want to continue push that older technology forward into .Net. If you want to create charts under .Net you should use our QCChart2D charting product which is infinitley more powerful and flexible than the Charting ActiveX controls.
