I know that a RTScrollFrame uses autoscaling but can autoscaling be applied to RTMultiBarIndicator or RTNumericPanelMeter?

There is no similar methods for auto-scaling the RTMultiBarIndicator or the various meter type. Typically, the physical analogs of such devices (meters and gauges) are NOT auto-scaled. Nothing prevents you from writing your own code that monitors the real-time data, and adjusts the range of the bar indicators and meters to reflect what ever range your algorithm calculates.
