Hi,

We are using your Pareto Diagram and can save the diagram various image formats. But I want to save the diagram to xaml or any other formats and load the diagram from xaml or any loadable (saved before) formats.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance,
Regards.

The software has no built-in routines for saving to a PDF file.
You can find free PDF printer drivers on the internet. Just enter "free pdf printer driver for" + "you operating system", i.e. "free pdf printer driver for windows 7" into Google. Install the driver, then you can save to a PDF file the same as printing to a physical printer.

Hi,
Is there a way to save as PDF file from SPCChart and QCChart2D charts?

Thanks.

Reading and writing XML files is not part of our software. As such, it is something you will have to work out on your own. Sorry, but we do not offer free engineering services.

We will consider your request for future enhancement of the product. Unfortunately, making it generic enough to work with all of our charts is a major undertaking and will require hundreds, possibly thousands, of hours of engineering. That is not something will undertake anytime soon.

Sorry, but the software does not have the feature of saving/loading the charts a to/from an xml file. If it is critical to your application, we could write such a routine under contract. Let us know if you would like a quote.

If you are familiar with reading/writing XML files, write your own routine to save the relatively few parameters, and data values, you need to setup the Pareto chart.
