The example programs originally referenced a development directory (c:\Quinn-Curtis Development\..) for the QCChart2DNet.dll. This shows under the properties for the QCChart2DNet.dll under the project References. If the properties show the reference for that DLL to be the (c:\Quinn-Curtis Development\..), delete the referece to the DLL and Add a new Reference and browse to the C:\Quinn-Curtis\DotNet\lib\QCChart2DNet.dll.
The non-asp projects have been changed in the download version of the software. You can't load the asp projects anyway because they require permissions for a server. You need to create your own asp applications from scratch. See the manual.
