We are transitioning to an automated, download-based, ordering system. Special pricing is available for download orders. No paper manuals are shipped. All documentation is in either Windows help file format and/or PDF files. Select the link below to order our products using the new download procedure.

Orders can be placed by phone at (508)359-6639, send fax as pdf file to myfax@quinn-curtis.com, or by mail at 18 Hearthstone Drive, Medfield MA 02052 USA. Please include the following information when ordering: shipping/billing address, part number of product ordered and description (title) of item, quantity, phone number, and method of payment. For credit card orders, please include expiration date


Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, company or personal checks, COD, or by purchase order. Purchase orders are accepted from companies with established credit histories only. With credit approval, terms are net 30 days. Massachusetts residents please add 5% sales tax, or provide your company’s tax ID (exemption) number.


All orders are shipped out one day after they are received, by UPS for domestic shipments or by DHL for international shipments. Shipping charges are prepaid and are added to invoices. The shipping charges for one unit of each product are listed on the respective product summary pages in this WWW site. Please call for shipping charges on expedited orders or for multiple units.


Quinn-Curtis offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased directly from our company (with the exception of specific source code items.) You must call for return authorization. Additionally, Quinn-Curtis offers a limited warranty on all software products, media and manuals. Defective software, media and/or manuals, will be replaced free of charge within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return authorization for defective merchandise is required.

Return Policy

  • Software packages can be returned to Quinn-Curtis under the following conditions:
  • If the return is made within 30 days from the date of shipment
  • All packaging should be as it was when shipped, i.e. clean and not marked on.
  • All inserts, cards, registration forms, etc. received must be returned
  • Return authorization is required from Quinn-Curtis.
